The dream of having more demand than I can handle alone has always been this amazing North Star for me, especially as I’m getting my own consultancy off the ground. Look, being in the early stages, juggling too many clients hasn't been my problem—yet. But what an incredible problem that would be to have, right? It's fascinating because it flips the script. Instead of hunting for clients, you're strategizing how to accommodate them all, how to scale the value you offer without diluting it.
Alex Hormozi, whom I consider a virtual mentor despite never having met him, instilled this vision in me. He talks about creating a robust lead magnet system and the power of a strong advertising system. Imagine getting to a point where the bottleneck in your business is not the demand but your own operational capacity. What a luxury issue that would be!
So how do I prepare for that? I've been thinking about multiple avenues. One is a cohort-based course, which could be a game-changer. This way, I could deliver the same value but to a larger group of people, making the most of my time and expertise. Another route is identifying other talented brand trainers who can be extensions of my own philosophy and methodology. This would let me serve more clients without being a one-man-band.
I'm confident that things will evolve organically. I'm not into forced growth; I believe in building something that's sustainable and high-quality. And to make this dream a reality, I'm willing to grind, to put in the hours and do whatever it takes. I'm talking about really investing in building up that lead system and delivering so much value that word-of-mouth becomes another powerful lead source for me.
So, for the next 6 to 12 months, this is where my focus will be: creating a system that draws people in, then serving them so well that the challenge becomes how to accommodate everyone who wants to work with me. That’s the "problem" I’m eager to have, and I’m pumped to make it happen.
